tinuod ba nga naay bayad ang ambulansya ug kani gamiton sa mga pasyente?ug unya y pambayad ang pasyente mamatay nlang jud diay?

i have heard about this rumor but dili ko maka-ingon og Yes or No kay wala ni nahitabo nako nor sa akong family and close relatives (buyag tawn pud!).......

Yes, tinood ni sa Panglao. Actually wala jud bayad kong magpahatud ka sa sa hospital kaso lang mapugos jud ta ug bayad kay kong maghulat ka sa municipal treasurer/mayor mopirma sa gas consumption basin ma dead simbako ang pasyente. Mao kita nalang mo volunteer ug palit gasolina aron mahatud ang pasyente.

Ako sa una sa diha pa akong tricycle daghan ko nakahatud sa hospital ug emergency unya ug DOA dili na lang sab ko maningil kay looy man..Pareho sa adtong among silingan nga nahulog sa sangutan kay gi ataki sa highblood unya ang iyang ulo pag tugpa didto pa jud naigo sa iyang sangot...May he rest in peace...

naa jud tawon pang-gasolina ang ambulansiya..it needs a Sangguniang Bayan ordinance to make a budgetary allocation for the up-keep and maintainance of an ambulance, and it should be under the Municipal Health Office, where they should have trained paramedics at hand...unfortunately under jud tawn sa mayor's office tanan, nya gamiton lang ang ambulansiya for other uses, except for emergencies...like trips to tagbilaran...mao inig naa emergency...wala na gasolina...
