Impossible,
Hitler took a cyanide pill with his mistress, Eva Braun in his personal bunker as the German military's defenses buckled before the incoming Soviet Red Army. Hitler and Braun not only took cyanide, but committed double suicide by shooting each other with a Luger pistol. Dead shots.
The remains of the Feurher were disposed of vis-a-vis concentrated acid then burnt; for fear of Soviet claim of his body.
It is said that remains of his skull is in a military museum in Russia.
It would have been unrealistic for Hitler to escape to Antarctica due to the logistical impossibilities:
1. The German Kriegs Marine was literally strangled to death by the United States Navy; the United States poured in destroyers upon destroyers and frigates and wiped out any living semblance of Germany's U-boat wolf packs as well as annihilating the German surface fleet. Germany's naval fleet was obliterated by summer of 1944; thereby preventing their offensive or naval defense against the Allied invasion of El-Alamien as well as storming the beaches of Italy and checking the Nazi's southern flank; as well as in the storming of the beaches of Normandy; checking Germany's northern flank and breaching Germany's supposed "Impregnable Atlantic Wall".
There were no other ships Hitler could have used to travel to Antarctica. The Eagle of the United States Navy made sure that they were either obliterated in surface waters or sleeping permanently in the belly of the Atlantic. Think about this; the United States tore apart Germany's navy as well as air force while fighting her at half capacity. The other half of the United States Navy, Air Force and Armed Infantry was contributed to the liberation of the Pacific from the Japanese. Completely and utterly destroying Japan's offensive right arm and eradicating her soldiers within 3 years. And completely leveling Japan through air raids then Nuking the country to teach her a lesson to never mess with the Eagle of America.
2. Even if Hitler hypothetically escaped to Antarctica, he and his followers would have died within a week. Due to the lack of any vegetation or wildlife that can sustain them besides occasion flocks of seal and moss. Additionally, the frigid temperatures of Antarctica would have completely frozen their naval vessel and Hitler; Temperature in the arctic reaches -30 degrees Fahrenheit.
