Our dearest cat Mocha is gone. He died peacefully few minutes ago. I guess he didn't want to be euthanized as he was scheduled for the procedure tonight. So long, my dearest Mocha. You will live in our hearts forever. I'll be so sad especially whenever I go to the garden because you are not here anymore to accompany me or Murage. I terribly miss you and love you, Mocha baby!

So long, Baby Mocha... :'( :'( :'( :'(

I know the feeling Maam Graziey... at least he died peacefully...my cat Meng Fei was shot with an air gun two years ago...

Wa jud nako tuyo-a nga nakahilak jud ko Tiya, after we talked. I know how you felt. He was like your child being you didnt have. I knnow Manong would miss him terribly everytime he goes to the garden... tawon bisan raba ug uwan mag atang jud to sa likod ni Manong Murage!

I really really do miss him.

i'm so sorry, graze. i may not have seen mocha except in the pictures posted here at tb, but i admit my eyes are wet as i write this. such joy forever gone diminishes us all. it is reassuring though that he chose to go away forever right in the place where he belonged, where you are. and he chose to go on his own terms.

Salamat ninyong tanan.

My husband and I buried Mocha earlier tonight. I put him in a pink box. I couldn't believe he is gone now. Sakit kaayo akong heart. For the past two weeks or so that he started not feeling well, I spent time with him up until past midnight. Karon, wala na.

Hello BOC! Murage and I both terribly miss Mocha. He will always be in our hearts. I am even starting to have a water-efficient garden where we buried him.

I don't mind having another cat, BOC. Actually, when Mocha started to get sick, there was this kitten that exactly looked like him. I thought I was seeing double but it was a different kitty. He was kind of scaredy kitty. I told Murage about this kitty and he thought I took my pain of losing Mocha to another level. Naglagot ko kay wa ning tuo. One early morning (like past 2 a.m. and I spent time with Mocha in our porch while I fed him with food, this kitty came out. Mocha didn't even mind sharing his food to this kitty. I took a picture to show that I wasn't imagining of another Mocha look-a-like. Amo pa'ng i trap para ma tame namo. Hopefully this kitty is even half of what Mocha was.

hi, graz. glad you're doing okay and ready to have another cat. i'm on tenterhooks myself here. i've rushed 3 cats to the veterinarian within the week. i can't afford to lose another cat so soon. 2 are now on antibiotics, another was admitted because an i.v. was necessary. as of today, i dare not think of the total cost of their medical care. i'll cross the bridge when there's a bridge.
