I'm done with packing up one maleta. Sa mga tugon pa lang nga pagkaon sa mga bata, puno na. Intawon, gimingaw na sa nori, furikake, miso, chahan mix, hondashi, etc. Otherwise, the kids seem to be very much at home in Tagbilaran and don't even want to come back to Japan anymore...

I have another 36 hours to go, and after I told my clients that I'd be gone for a few days, I'm neck-high with rush translation work today... I hope tomorrow will be a slower day so I can do last-minute shopping of the kids' orders for the school opening...

Yes, I, too am excited to be home. Do pray for my safety as well as my wife's and two girls' who will be traveling to Cebu to meet me...

Just a little more than two years after dear Aya posted this thread, I accidentally dug this up! When this page first turned up, I really thought this was for my present homecoming--kay ingon ra ba ko magdugay ko inig uli this time. Murag gibantay-bantayan gyud diay niya akong pag-uli, kay gimingaw tingali ug balita sa Bohol. I'm sure up where she's now, wala na'y kahidlaw ... Well Aya, as you can see, I am really happy to be back home -- perhaps for good ... Thanks for being my guardian angel!
