I was using China Mobile cable 10mbits cable connection. It worked fine, although I rarely usually don't get over 8mbits speed. Through StrongVPN, I was able to watch netflix fine but not in HD.

Any ideas are highly appreciated.

How about Open VPN? I've heard that it is one of best VPN.
