The Rise of the Chinese Red Dragon?

The 21st century is a challenging time for the United States  of America, the World's Hyperpower.
Caught in the middle of two wars-one in Iraq and the the other in Afghanistan, as well as in expansive global military interests. The United States Armed Forces is, definiately and undeniably, over-stretched.

I saw this video as provided by a friend of mine, and a Military Historian, and couldn't help but get a cold chill run down my spine.

Is it possible? Is the 21st century, the era of Chinese Military Dominance? Or as what Chinese Military Strategists hail as, 'PAX SINICA'?

Is the Red Dragon of China truly awake?

With a immense population of close to 1.4 BILLION souls in its border, and having the largest Land Army in the world, any invasion of China would be complete suicide. And crossing the paths of China would lead to total exhaustion of any nation's military power whose borders are within the reach of the Chinese Army.

The United States does not have the capability of ever conquering China. Never. The Middle Kingdom has never been conquered in its over 5,000 year old civilization (the oldest in the entire world).

I can only hope that the Chinese will be a cooperative force in the future. One that will not have Imperialistic ambitions.

The Chinese have always been friendly to its neighbours in the past. I pray they maintain the status quo.
