Why is Gasul so expensive here in Bohol?

A couple of months back I bought a tank of Gasul for 660.00 PHP.  Bought another 2 days ago and paid 890.00 PHP.
Manila price is around 700.00 Pesos.. Why the sudden large increase in Bohol?
(sorry..English speaking foreigner!!)

Gasul in Davao City will cost around 800 pesos. I think Gasul is more expensive in Bohol due to logistic/transpo cost as it is being shipped from Manila or Cebu.
