An article in the New Yorker tells of General Taguba and his investigation into the US soldiers torturing the Iraqis.  There is a lot of new, horribly shocking, information coming out such as “a video of a male American soldier in uniform sodomizing a female detainee.”

The General is a fine example of an uncorruptible Filipino.  It damaged his career to report the truth, but he did it anyway.
