The Pink of Health - The Best of Times
One pathway to good health is not to worry about health. It does no good to worry and fret about whether we're starting to come down with something. Fretting about the state of our health is a nightmarish way to live. The other worry to avoid is undo concern about the state of the world. It all comes down to attitudes. We need not be concerned about our health; we should enjoy the good things that come to us as American citizens in the 21st Century.
