What exactly is included in a Eulogy?

My pops died, and my family is arguing about who should write the eulogy. I'm not exactly sure if it's like details about his life story, nice things he did while he was alive, his achievements ? i dnt know?

I love this  Eulogy poem."Remember me with smiles and laughter,for that's the way I'll remember you all.If you can only remember me with tears,then don't remember me at al".
