I just want to write a balanced column from myself and explain how the community truly feels on the services here as we have so many unsolved robberies and other crimes that are more heinous here.
You would have to live her to get the point but since your on the outside you are not aware of Mayor's Charter day speech he had given when in fact so many city police are not receiving what they should by the local government and yes it does reflect off the work that some of them do. Then if he wants people to respect them he must also give them their full benefits. As in set an example, I have many friends who are police here starting from the brass in Manila. In fact i use to accompany the brass from Manila when they conducted provincial wide surveys and drills and inspections and these police go through a lot.
I say if your going to be a police man you do have to look at every feasible angle of the case and what things were done prior to the happening to get to the bottom do you not that? Now take for granted there are many cases not just Martins in where all angles were not looked at leading up to the crime.
I am on to writing about other things not any more about the Martin case.
