Boholano Overseas Workers and Community Credit Coopertaive (BOWACC)

Mr Dioscoro Ayag Jr. was elected and newly installed Chairman  (BOD) of BOWACCC ( Boholano Overseas Workers And Community Credit Cooperative ) for the term 2009 - 2011. He wants to invite/enjoin  everyone ( all Boholanos and/or with affiliations to a Bol-anon  around the world – including locals ) to move forward for Bohol’s progress through “cooperative’ism”.

Cooperative's objectives are mainly to generate funds and extend credit
        to the members for productive and provident purposes.

what are the requirements for registration of new member? Is BOWACC registered with Cooperative Development Authority?

BOWACCC is the pioneering cooperative registered with the CDA in Saudi Arabia if not in the Middle East.

There were fragmented informal groups indulging in savings and credit but not formalized as cooperative.
