One apple a day keep the doctors away.I love the fresh apples basta naay dip.You can make a healthy  dip likayi ang full loaded sugar dip.
Healthy apple dip.
1 can(15 oz.) 100% pumpkin (kung naa ka sa pinas makita ni nimo sa imported aisle sa grocery store kita ko ani sa ICM here in U.S naa ni sa wallmart adto sa pie and filling section sa may baking)
1 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoon sugar para tam-is gamay kung gusto mo healthy sugar naay splenda availble wa na siya calorie.
Mix the three ingredients together.Pwede butangan vanilla but Vanilla is optional .Na ganahan kaayo ko ani nga dip pwede sad ni i dip bisan unsa cracker,celery,banana ug uban pa

it depend on the individual.  For the healthy conscius yeah an apple si great for the morning but there are tons of people out there taht ca not function in the morning w/out their 1-2 cups of their favorite java.
