California Doctor Shortage: Should Have Been Expected

The news out of California says there aren't enough doctors in the state to treat the flood of new patients who will be covered by ObamaCare. The Democrats' overhaul continues to be exposed as a cruel fraud, a legislative wreck that is no solution at all. This should have been expected.
