Fancy S. Baluyot, Consultant for Health and Social Services and President/CEO of the Philippine Gift of Life Foundation recently returned from a month-long official business trip in the United States of America.

In her report to Governor Erico B. Aumentado, she had successfully met and persuaded renowned leaders from various foundations and has requested a variety of aid and assistance from: Catholic Medical Mission Board thru President John F. Galbraith, for the shipment of medicines and medical supplies; donations of hospital equipments from the Home Reach Foundation thru Chairman, Dr. Pepe Recitas and Co-Chairman, Dr. Ramie Cadag; secured slots for children with heart defects from the Philippines courtesy of the different Gift of Life in USA; scheduled of various Surgical and Medical Missions for Bohol among others.

Baluyot was likewise applauded for the most comprehensive reporting and documentation of accomplishments during Home Reach Foundation year-end meeting with its officers and members and in the presence of TBTK President Betty Garcia held in New York especially about the recent 3rd Heart Surgical Mission at the Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital in Tagbilaran City, Bohol from July 21-28, 2007 sponsored by the Provincial Government of Bohol thru Governor Erico B. Aumentado and Vice Governor of Bohol thru Governor Erico B. Aumentado and Vice Governor Julius Caesar F. Herrera; Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) thru Honorable Chairman Ephraim C. Genuino; Home Reach Foundation, Inc.; Philippine Gift of Life Foundation thru Chairman, Dr. Ramie Cadag, President and Chief Executive Officer Fancy S. Baluyot and Vice President, Rev. Fr. Victor G. Bompat; Hildegardeans '89 headed by Joseph S. Alagon of California, USA. The team was headed by Philippine Heart Center Director, Dr. Ludgerio D. Torres and Heart Foundation of the Philippines Chairman, Dr. Francisco G. Dizon.
