just want to point out also that UBAY is very much accessible. Daghan byahe gikan cebu padulong Ubay, and its just a 4hours trip. Twice a day ang byahe from cebu-ubay, 12noon and 9pm. although, small ferries lang ang mobyahe but its guaranteed safe and makalingaw ang trip specially sa noon kay moagi ug daghan island. so its also sightseeing napud. and our port also caters to passengers going to leyte and recently for Manila. Pres. Arroyo's project on RORO is also in Ubay, bus going to manila can be found here. and of course, daghan pud bus and vans for tagbilaran. so for sure, if anyone plans to visit ubay, as in dili jud masaag...
