I think it'd work best for the management if they would make the entrance fee affordable to the Boholanos. The Boholanos themselves can help market/promote the botanical garden. But how can the Boholanos promote the place when they themselves cannot afford to see the place?
Is the P300 entrance fee consumable? I hope it is. At Peacock Garden in Laya, Baclayon, the entrance fee is P500 but it is consumable at its elegant, world-class restaurant with a million-dollar view.
I am not sure with this, but I think the entrance fee in Panglao Island Nature Resort is also consumable, and so is Bohol Beach Club's.
But if Tarsier Botanika's gate fee is not consumable, then maybe we'll just delight ourselves with the pictures of the place. At the end of the day, we just have to accept the fact that in Bohol we are earning in pesos, not in dollars. And P300 can already feed a family for one week.
