Philippine Consul General, Her Excellency Esmeralda Agbulos, has expressed her ardent desire to revisit Bohol.

This she specifically talked about in her letter to Gov. Edgar M. Chatto telling the latter of her group’s impending visit to the province together with people from Edmonton, Canada who are very excited to see the world-renowned province that has earned worldwide acclaim in the field of tourism.

Tagged as the 2012 Ambassadors and General Tour which is scheduled on July 11-15 this year, Agbulos said that their visit’s highlight would be their meeting with Gov. Chatto and wife Pureza.

“It was a pleasure to have met you in Edmonton. I would like to take this chance to visit you and Mrs. Chatto, our meeting which will be the highlight of the tour,” Agbulos stressed in her letter.

“I am encouraging them (members of her entourage) to visit the beautiful Bohol before the tour. I have been telling them about beautiful sights and hospitality of the Boholanos. I have excellent memories from my visit there,” Agbulos happily pointed out in her letter.

The governor has already sent word that the Provincial Government of Bohol (PGBh) would be delighted to have Consul Agbulos’ team here to interact with the Boholanos.

Although there’s no doubt that Bohol is already in the World Tourism Map, “more people coming in from all parts of the world would be most welcome, Chatto said.

“But what is more inspiring is when people in big positions express their desire not only to come to Bohol but also to promote the province as a prime tourist destination worthy of serious promotion, globally,” Chatto added with more optimism. (jlv/EDCom)

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
