goodness gracious!  i am looking at some close relatives here.  (not all salises are our relatives; the 'theory of relativity' ;D is limited to only one salise family, and some members of that family are in the picture, if i'm not mistaken.)

Isles, you are related to the Salise Clan as well? I did not know that. I am directly linked to them as well via my grandfather (Mr. Casiano Salise Salvo Sr.), kai ang mama ni Lolo man si Dionisia Salise from Baranggay Anas, Valencia. :)

Cinutcutan Beach, Valencia, Bohol

Mao ni ginamos sa Balingsya?  ;D

Ah! How provincial yet very HOMELY ! I can remember the many times my grandfather, grandmother would take my cousins and I to go swimming here when we were yet children. I learned how to swim here in this beach (my Lolo taught me...) ha ha ha !

Very beautiful pictures. So very Valencianhon-esque ! ;D

I can only imagine seeing Lolo's face and reaction in seeing his Anak(s) coming to visit him and our ancestral abode sa Sawang. How I wish I could have gone to visit, too.

Next year, lagi, pohon pohon, gusto ko mo balik pod.

Fr. R., salamat kaayo for sharing these pictures ! It makes me happy seeing these pictures.

He he he, the one interesting thing about going back to Valencia is seeing and finding out how one is related to so many people.

Isles, when was the last time you went back to Valencia Town? :)
