Friday evening: It was a family dinner and also Christmas party na rin kay I had 3 cousins who came from the Bay Area. They couldn't come kasi for Pasko. Also, that day was also the surprise birthday celebration of my cousin Rowena Zamora. She was indeed surprised because she only thought kami lang sa akong bana ang ka dinner nila then came my sister Tess and her husbad Kim, my Tia Edna, Uncle Ray and Alyssamarie a.k.a. smiffytheninja and my bana's friend Peter. Relax ra kaayo ang party kay gi ako man nko tanan ang stress hehehehehe. In the menu, I roasted a 13-pound turkey, crab cake, shrimp kabob which I used fresh sugar cane for the skewer, baked salmon and grilled, steamed and salad vegetables. I also had a pot of rice, mashed potatoes and I also baked dinner rolls. For the the dessert, I made butterscotch, pumpkin pie, chocolate, cinnamon rolls and then the birthday cakes - lemon and chocolate.
There were laughing, singing and dancing and of course, eating. Alyssamarie did a mini concert. Oh peeps, I am telling you, Alyssa is such a superb singer!
