The City Prosecutor's Office has filed robbery charges against one of three men who held up a gasoline station in Tagbilaran City last month.

The accused was identified as one Casimero Garcia, a native of Barangay Magsaysay, Talibon town.

The case was filed based on the affidavit submitted by Vieto Racho, the owner of the gasoline station.

Garcia was identified by one of Racho's employees based on photographs shown by police investigators.

The three suspects struck at the Petron gasoline station in Barangay Dampas about 4 pm last July 23.

The suspects, one of whom was armed with an Uzi, was able to cart away cash amounting to P127,000 aside from the mobile phones of the two cashiers.

The victims were identified as Aida Casanova, 27, single, a native of Balilihan town, and Erma Opay, 38, married, a resident of Barangay Santa Cruz, Baclayon town.
