Lolo Boy is the Justice of the Philippine Court of Appeals. And I was told was the Dean of the College of Law at University of San Carlos. Prior to being selected by His Excellency President Benigno Aquino III to be the Justice of the Court of Appeals, he served as the Regional Trial Court Judge in Region VII (Cebu).
