Nope, contador only leads 8 seconds to andy schleck. if not for that busted sprocket and plate and contador forgetting the rule, schleck he could have retained his 31 second lead going to stage 16. race rules states that a rider should wait his rival if it will encounter technical and mechanical problems but contador breezes through saying that he didn't know schleck had problems with his bike.
