It was another exhausting, exhilarating experience for the bikers, fans and enthusiast after long days of practice and trailing in preparation for another chance to join a challenging bike race competition, the
KIA Iron Legs Road Bike Race, took days before it emerged.
From the city to the rural
island of Panglao and going to the madness of a mountain top where the Chocolate Hills nestled, KIA Motors Bohol with the Junior Chamber International Bohol Sandugo and the Bohol Provincial Police in celebration of the Bohol Sandugo July festivities on July 24 and 25, 2010 accelerated their annual roadside concoction.
The 3rd KIA Iron Legs Road Bike Race battled hills and low lands with the 1st Leg of bikers on Saturday, July 24 that took off route starting from the City Plaza Rizal of Tagbilaran to the Island of Panglao and back. The heat of the bike race competition continued on its second day for the 2nd Leg with the usual starting point the
city of Tagbilaran stretching to the mid-distance and hanging hills along the side road going to the Chocolate Hills of Carmen town. Cash and Trophies were awarded to the winners in the afternoon of the competition's final day. - source: Bohol Chronicle
