Metrobank Mastercard Has a Very Lousy Customer Service

I sent an email nearly a month ago requesting a scanned copy of my billing statements. Until now, I don't get a reply from Metrobank Customer Service.

What a lousy company.

  • Mao gyud Lolla. I deal with US companies online. Within 3 to 5 minutes, they reply your email and fix your concern. Metrobank is a good bank but its customer service sa credit card sucks big time.

  • swerte diay ko that i vehemently refused this bank's offer of a credit card.  i bank with banks nearest my place of residence, and in cebu this bank happens to be the nearest.  i've been its client as a savings account holder for more than 10 years now. 

    i applied for a checking account and was refused when they realized that i have no job nor business.  fine, if that's their policy.  then they checked my savings passbook.  i presumed it was to study its history of deposits and withdrawals.  the hard sell of the credit card followed.  you can trust me with credit but not with a checking account?  no way, i said.  that settled it.  i was never offered a credit card again, ever.
    Republic Act 8485 (Animal Welfare Act of 1998, Philippines), as amended and strengthened by House  Bill 6893 of 2013--- violation means a maximum of P250,000 fine with a corresponding three-year jail term and a minimum of P30,000 fine and six months imprisonment

    pagka kita sa savings passbook nga milyones ang sulod, of course they will offer you their credit card. wa jud ko masajop sa ahong pangagpas islander, you are richer than me

    nakakita to nga igo rang gaung-ong sa minimum maintaining balance mao nga pautangon na lang ko, hahaha, ikaw gyod sir balong. 

    bitaw, sa tinuoray, bisan ug naa pa koy milyones kay nagmilagro, di nako ideposito ug usa ra ka bangko uy.  paigoan ra nako ang pdic insurance nga maximum of 500k kada usa ka bangko. 

    maayog pareha atong akong kaila nga padung na sirhan ang usa ka bangko sa una, gitawgan dayon sila nga ipa-withdraw na ang ilang 5 million.  kinsa ba uroy manawag nakog warning nga ipa-withdraw akong deposit ug dali-dali kun mahitabo man galing nga naa koy milyones... ;D
