Century Properties introduces official first-home division and brand

MANILA, March 30 (PNA) -- Listed real estate developer Century Properties Group, Inc. has introduced its official first-home division and brand in line with its commitment to help address the country’s housing backlog while elevating the standards in its affordable housing category at competitive price.

The brand name, PHirst Park Homes®, is a play on the words first and PH, which represents hardworking Filipino end users who deserve only high quality first homes.

PH also stands for the Park Homes concept, which integrates greenery and life-enhancing amenities into the masterplan to create a truly liveable and lovable community for first homebuyers.

“PHirst Park Homes® raises the bar of what affordable housing is and should be in the Philippines,” said Marco R. Antonio, CPG’s Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of PHirst Park Homes®.

Century’s first home brand is a partnership with the global business enterprise and one of Japan’s largest conglomerates, Mitsubishi Corporation.

It is slated to launch a series of housing communities, starting off in the second quarter of 2017 with a 26-hectare community in Tanza, Cavite.

The launch of Century’s first home segment effectively expands the company’s portfolio of residential offerings, from luxury and mid-priced condominiums in the business districts and city centres to first homes in horizontal communities within key growth areas outside Metro Manila.
