One of our sources in Bohol told Tubag Bohol that former Gov. Rene Relampagos who ran but lost in the congressional race has gathered strong evidence to back his claims there was massive election result alteration (dagdag-bawas) in certain towns in Bohol's third district.

Let's wait and see what Relampagos would do with this compelling evidence.

Will he pursue his complaint? Or will he just resign to defeat despite being cheated?

Flashback: Rene was advancing in the election result counting but in the last minute a 27-year-old son of the then congressman of Bohol's third district, Eladio Jala, popped up as winner.

Anyway, God knows who really won in that election.

I experienced the same thing. I noticed that the former governor was also winning. and in fact, later i heard that in the counting of votes brought in by his leaders from the field, the totals already showed that he had already won. until.... the final declaration. what a shame...

Cheating was/is an old Political program and it continues so long there will be no ingenuous candidate who submits himself for a clean politicial policy. When and Who?
