By the way, taudtaud nang wala motim-aw ang thread nga "Unsay Imong Gikaon Karon?".

Paniudto: sotanghon with Bisayang manok, Chinese pechay and panakot, buwad nga buro, inun-onang tulingan, steamed pasayan

Snacks: puto mayang tapul gibahogan og sekwate

panihapon: kamunggay gisubakan og tulakhang (bulinaw nga dagku, puti, naay silver nga badlis sa kilid), inun-onang tulingan gihapon ug sobra sa sotanghon, tinabal nga mungit, honeymansi juice

Di ko tigkilaw og baboy. Hadlok man. Sinugba hinoon apil tambok ug atay.

after ko na admit for one week sa hospital due to massive ulcer bleeding, gi ingnan ko ni mommy na magkaon daw ko'g atay na kadali ra giluto as in gipakuratan lang.  matay, bahala'g way dugo basta di lang ko pakan-on ana oi!  instead, paspas ko'g seaweeds and green vege like spinach.
