The second time Bb. Pilipinas World Anna Maris Igpit joined (and won) in the Miss Sandugo it was an open competition. In fact many from her batch were pageant shoppers/veterans. A runner-up was even later proclaimed Miss Cebu 2007 (Angelique Tan?). In this same contest full-blooded Boholana Joan Kristine Uy (Ms. Bohol International First Runner-up) was among the 12 finalists and even got three special awards. Loonanon Uy, who once studied at Bohol Wisdom School also held the titles Miss Northern Samar and Miss Cordova (Cebu). Diha man gani Miss Benguet nga estudyante sa una sa UB (Fatima Gencianos).
