--press releaseBohol Mango Multi-purpose Cooperative (BMMC) will hold induction of its officers on September 15, 2007 at the Conference Room, Bohol Agricultural Promotion Center, Dao district in this city.
Coop president Atty. Martin Nuñez said that Vice-Gov. Julius Caesar F. Herrera will administer the oath-taking of the newly-installed officers even as he is inviting everyone to come even if they are not members yet of the cooperative.
He said that, aside from the induction ceremony, ownership meeting will also take place to tackle organizational concerns that affect the cooperative.
Inputs on mango production and marketing, exhibiting the Guimaras experience, will also be considered to give the members the opportunity to gain more knowledge in growing mango, one of the dollar earner the country is pushing.
Celso Evangelista, chief executive officer of the Joconima Coproration, will discuss the topic on production and marketing.
