Wearing hard hats and using a blow torch, Gov. Wilhelminio M. Sy-Alvarado and Sec. Joel Villanueva of the Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA) the other day cut the symbolic golden chain opening the Central Luzon Regional Skills Competition at the Capitol Gymnasium here.
Alvarado said Bulacan is honored to be the host of the regional skills competition because the event will be a launching pad for the youths to honed their skills and represent the region in the National Skills Olympics and even in international skills contest.
