Malaysia Airlines will launch campaigns in 2012/2013 to mark its
40th Anniversary of flying with the MH code, and appreciate customers for their support and commitment through the years.
Its Commercial Director,
Dr Hugh Dunleavy, said the national carrier has planned year-round activities in various forms to reward and appreciate customers and staff, according to a statement Wednesday.
One initiative already underway is a tie-up with a local radio channel, hitz.fm, for a contest, "Take Someone Special, Somewhere Special", where 40 pairs of economy class travel tickets to various Malaysia Airlines' destinations are up for grabs over 40 days.
Listeners are asked to submit a slogan online stating, why they want to "take someone special, somewhere special" on the hitz.fm website.
Daily, the best slogan is rewarded with a pair of air tickets to a MAS destination, of the winner's choice.
