Armed robbers strike again victimizing a money remittance shop in Bayugan City Saturday.
The LBC Branch in Bayugan City was the eight LBC outlets victimized in series of robbery incidents that occurred in the city since January.
Report from Bayugan City Police showed three motorcycle-riding armed men posed as customers robbed the LBC branch at the busy and crowded Barangay Poblacion, a commercial district in Bayugan City.
The suspects pulled their firearms and at gunpoint demanded from LBC personnel their day’s earnings.
The robbers also snatched the mobile phone of one of customers, Arnel M. Tugasan, 37 and carted also his money as they fled the shop.
Police reported that the robbers, one of them identified as Gally B. Margana, carted some P5,000 cash and fled on board a blue Honda XRM motorcycle without plate number.
