Sr. Insp. Ma. Luisa Calubaquib, PRO5 spokesperson, said in Masbate, the gold panner identified as Randy M. In Albay, Chief Insp. Arthur Gomez, spokesperson and chief of Investigation Division of Albay Provincial Police Office, said SPO1 Ernesto LLadones Jr. gave up peacefully on Monday morning when arrested in his house in Barangay Centro Occidental, Polangui town for the murder of a military officer that was triggered by a traffic altercation in July 2016.

The victim was from Barangay Balogo, Oas town, also in Albay.
