John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

Every year the ranking changes. Schools are also clustered based on the number of examinees. For example, schools with not more than 50 examinees are ranked separately. Same with schools with not less than 50 examinees but not more than 100, etc.

Is this the passing rate? If so, then that is not a considerable data to name one school as best.  Best is a preference.
Did the PRC also include the employment rate of these graduate in relation to their course?  I guess not.

What i call a BEST NURSING SCHOOL is when the school can put their graduates into jobs!

We have too many nursing graduates in the country and i didnt hear any schools find a way for them to be able to work anywhere.

These schools are only after of what they can earn from the students! They are  GREEDY.

and leave the students unemployed after passing their NCLEX (or whatever)!

Most colleges in the states are the ones looking jobs for their students and that makes a GOOD SCHOOL.

THAT SHOULD OUR COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES HAVE TO CONCENTRATE THIS TIME.

Though getting a degree and passing the board are the key points to get a job
but as usual our country the Philippines are putting more graduates than the market demands.
Going abroad is  the only options for those who gets lucky in making it through
   the required exams.

With today's economy in a shaky grounds, the Health care jobs are also at halt.
Here in the hospital in the U.S. where I work, they freeze the hiring since last September
while waiting for the outcome of the Health Care plan that is still ongoing in the Senate.
Many workers in this hospital went to school while working to become RN's but no jobs
for them after making it through, that they have to leave and look somewhere else.

exactly.  ang problema sa pinas is init pa gani ang usa ka kurso, hala patuyang sad ang eskwelahan.  for example, Benedicto computer college ang school before but now they are Benedicto college when they opened nursing. why? Way back 1990s, halinun man ang computer grads mao pasipala sila ug dawat ug computer students. Then karon halinun man daw ang nursing grads, mao na sad ila.  Even Informatics has nursing.  Bisan pa kahibalo sila sa reality nga less than 50% sa nursing grads ang makatrabaho and only 10% out of the 50% ang makatrabaho sa medical field and almost 75% percent end up as call center agents.
