Sales Analyst
(National Capital Reg)
Responsibilities:
* Lead agroup of Sales Analyst's and Sales Order Mangement staff with hands on approach and ownership to all duties and tasks performed by the team.
* Schedule and balance all team member workloads, ensuring timeless of deliverables, including back up plans for all deliverables.
* Train, develop and direct daily workload.
* Analyze developed reports and data from group to derive meaning from various analysis or project reports.
* Review all duties and tasks with staff to ensure effective processes are in place. This includes appropriate use of software tools and the ability to identify nnew methods of looking at various data, tends, analysis, and processes.
* Provide weekly Workload Status Report along with expected timelines.
* Participate and contribute in all meetings with US Sales Staff on forecast and sales issues.
* Oversee Sales Order Function to include sales order entry, sales customer consignment program and other sales identified duties.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business (Management, Math, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, etc.)
* 1-2 years of related working experience.
* Demonstrated strong MS Office Skills with proven ability in statistical analysis, marketing research, and/or required in quantitative problem solving. (The importance of strong Excel Skills can not be overstated.)
* Experience required in Business Intelligence Software Tools - specifically COGNOS - experience is a must.
* Proficient in English - appropriate accent and pronounciation of words, speech techniques, vocabulary and grammar.
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven presentation skills required.
* Lead Positions or Supervision experience required.
