Opportunity: Consultancy Job in the Philippines

The Provincial Roads Management Facility (PRMF) is a governance and institutional reform bilateral program between the Governments of Australia and the Philippines aimed “to increase economic growth and improve access to public infrastructure and services in the Southern Philippines”.  The components include: Capacity Building for Road Sector Planning and Management aimed at providing provinces with institutional, financial, operation, planning and management capacity to develop and implement road sector plans in support of broad-based sustainable social and economic development, and Road Network Rehabilitation and Maintenance with targeted outcome of provincial roads being rehabilitated and sustainably maintained on an annual basis.
 
PRMF is seeking applications from qualified and experienced Capacity Development Advisors and Road Engineer Advisors to provide technical assistance in the implementation of various development initiatives.  Attached are the TORs specifying the terms, purpose, responsibilities and competency requirements. These roles are reserved for Filipino Nationals only.
