For Sykes Asia, we require the following for:

1) Technical Support Representative

- At least 3rd year college level

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

- Basic technical knowledge, experience with computers is a plus

- Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays



2) Customer Service Representative

- University degree in any course

- Must be fluent in both written and oral English and can express self very well

- Proficient in writing and business correspondence

- Preferably with sales background

- Computer literate

- Willing to work on shifting schedules



You can have your friends come as walk-in applicants. Just have them bring their resumes and make sure they can give us your full name when asked about how they heard about the hiring here at Sykes in order for us to tag them as your referrals in the absence of the Referral Form or the Referral Card. Honestly fiel, this job really don't need knowledge about computers, The main tool in this is just a costumer servant, get them what they want and fix what they wanted fixing......
