Internship for Accounting Students
(National Capital Reg - UP AYALA TECHNO HUB, Diliman, Quezon City)

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Responsibilities:

    * • Keep and maintain the department general files;
    * • Attend to filing backlog of the department;
    * • Setup individual employee file folder, sort and organize payroll files
    * • Read, sort, control and route all incoming mails of the department;
    * • Inspect and record all incoming deliveries/shipments
    * • Receives and controls all billing statements
    * • Maintains and handles monitoring of office supplies inventory, and initiate request for
    * replenishment/purchase.
    * • Performs such other functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

    * Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
    * Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
    * 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 5 month(s).
