FORGIVE AND FORGET

We often develop ill feelings inside our heart for the person who insults us or harms us. We nurture grievances. This in turn results in loss of sleep, development of stomach ulcers, and high blood pressure. This insult or injury was done once, but nourishing of grievance goes on forever by constantly remembering it. Get over this bad habit. Believe in the justice of God. Let Him judge the act of the one who insulted you. Life is too short to waste in such trifles. Forgive, forget and march on. Love flourishes in giving and forgiving. - forwarded email

Bitaw, kakapoy mag sige ug da ug kalagot oi,mag huot imong dughan magsakit pa jud imong ulo.Maayo pay e forgive bahala na siya ug unsay iyang buhaton ug utro basta naka extend naka sa imong forgiveness.Nakabasa ko ug giving forgiveness is not the benefit of others but for your own benefit and freedom.

If you aren't good at loving yourself, you will have a difficult time loving anyone, since you'll resent the time and energy you give another person that you aren't even giving to yourself.
