What is the background that the adjacent municipalities Lila and Garcia Hernandez have cable broadband and Dimiao in between not??

My understanding is that it is Globe that is undertaking the cable installation in all coastal towns of the province. Maybe Globe can better explain why the company skipped Dimiao.

Interesting. As far as I know, Valencia has high speed internet now. Why is it that Dimiao, a town next to Valencia, does not have high speed internet?
