LAGAWE, Ifugao, Dec. 29 (PIA )-- The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) here announced the scholarship invitations from Thailand International Development Cooperation Agency for local government officials and functionaries.
Courses offered and submission of application deadlines are the following: Sufficiency economy in agriculture from May 2 to June 1, 2012 and the deadline of submission of application is on January 9, 2012.
For Sustainable Agriculture and Food security on April 29 to June 2, 2012, the deadline for submission is on January 9, 2012.
For the course food security-postharvest, processing and quality assurance of selected agro-industrial products slated in May 2012, the deadline of submission is on January 9, 2012.
To be considered in the assessment, the nominees should submit the required documents such as personal data sheet, certified copies of transcript of records, service record, statement of present actual duties and responsibilities, written consent of spouse (if married); endorsement from local chief executive; endorsement from DILG regional director, TIDCA application forms with passport size photos; copies of valid passports; certification from the head/manager of the human resource department.
