Don Rico Salvo Lucino Graduating June 2011

It is with gladness and brotherly pride to announce that my younger brother, Albrando Rico Salvo Lucino III will be graduating from St. Joseph's Catholic High School in Hammonton, New Jersey this June 2011.

He is graduating with honors and will be attending Rowan University School of Engineering. He is going to be a Bio-Medical Engineering Student in the competitive Pre-Medical Track.

Ondoy Don Rico! We are so very proud of you! You are a jewel of the Salvo and Lucino Clans! :)

I talked to him before about his decision to pursue Engineering. Kuyaw bataa. He said to me, "Kuya, Uncle Alex was #2 in the Philippine Engineering Boards. I want to achieve like Uncle Alex."

In 2008, when he was a sophomore in high school, he was the #1 student with the highest grade point average in the Math and Sciences Division at St. Joseph High School. He received a school award for this, which was not topped by any of his classmates. Right now, tho he is a graduating senior student in high school, he is taking 3 Advanced Placement Courses: Physics , Biology, and Chemistry. These courses are college-level classes and will be receiving college credit for this.

He will be graduating with the highest grade point average in the Math and Sciences Division in his class batch (2011).

It is not an American that will be taking # 1, but a Bol-anon, specifically a VALENCIANHON!

My little brothers are not so 'little' anymore. Maka hilak ko maka kita aning pictures kai it is amazing how fast they have grown.
Don is graduating high school and going to college and Andre is going to start high school soon.

When I asked him what kind of doctor he wanted to become, he said to me, "I like reconstructing objects, Kuya, so I'd like to do alot of bone reconstruction."

I replied, "Don, that is what we call Orthopaedic Surgery."

"Kuya, then I want to become an Orthopaedic Surgeon."

He is a very intelligent young man. He is graduating with highest math and science honors in his entire batch.
He is graduating from the prestigious St. Joseph's Catholic High School of Hammonton, New Jersey.

Plus, so he can visit friends and swim in Badjiang.
