do you notice the small cogon umbrellas at the edge of the shore where the sand meets the sea? They are the same cogon umbrellas you see on Tubag Bohol picture header.  This is the same stretch of beach connecting Bohol Beach Club and dumaluan

Di ba na makasunog sa panit na maka init man na ang lana?  sige paglana Gem tapos akuon ang nilugdang bitaw sa lana kanang gitawag ug latik sa tagalog. kana bitaw brown! kalami ana oi!

How to make latik (with instructions in Bisglish or Engsaya):

Put the tuno in a large and hot kawa. Do not cover.  Bring to a boil and mix in the kamay (Central para sa kadaghanan).  Stir, aron di mo-awas sa kawa.  Continue stirring until the latik is of the desired consistency.

How to make lana (with instructions in mao gihapon):

Put the tuno in a large and hot kawa.  Bring to a boil.  Pabukala jud and stir occasionally.  Kung ma-lana na, pabugnawa sa una kay init na kaayo. ;D
