I love your pictures, dong.

Kahilakon ko nagtan-aw sa American soldier, showing those children some compassion and kindness.

When he himself is suffering, being so far away from his country and his family.

The story that touched me was a female American marine who was involved in the battle for Faluja, where she saw a young Iraqi Child in the middle of the crossfire. She ran to the child, took her helmet and placed the helmet on the child while holding and caressing the child till support group came to retrieve the child.

Even in the midst of combat, the woman's motherly nature shines through.

Its not even her child, but she took charge and claimed it as her own. Risking her life for a baby she never even knew.

The female marine that saved the child. Taken before she rescued the child.

thanks for sharing the pics and story dong. She's indeed a mother, tough outside, but soft inside.

I want to live by the moment and worry no more about my future because I know that God has already made the best plan for me. All I have to do is be faithful to HIM all the time. GOD rocks!

You're welcome, Julai.

She's indeed a  brave marine, and most of all, a gentle mother.
Her children are lucky to have mother like her, where the cubs come before the persona.

Logical consequences are the scarecrows of fools and the beacons of wise men. ~ Thomas Henry Huxley~

Romans 10:9
"That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved."

The child was saved. Thanks to the fast action of the American Army Medical Corp. You are right, Ms. Blue. If it wasn't for the female marine, the child probably would have been killed in the crossfire.

There is nothing stronger, in my personal view, than a Mother's Love.
A Mother will Do Anything for Her Child. Even sacrifice her own life.

I mean seriously, we men take everything for granted. Women bear the child in the womb for 9 months, and experience the pain of delivery. A Mother's Love, indeed.
