Coaching Controversial Radio Hosts

If you want to be great in radio, you need to be controversial and hard-hitting, but you also need to know when to stop. You have to be careful with what you say, and maintain a little bit of political correctness. That doesn't mean you can't rile up your audience a little bit, and let the callers calling in do all the talking with all the harsh words. If you do that you still get your point across without making statements that might be used out of context later on to destroy your career, reputation, or get you fired from the network because they can't risk losing sponsors or advertisers. Welcome to the world of real-world politics I say.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
