I would prefer to eat the real thing. Fish oil as a merchandise meant it has been industrially produced and mixed with unwanted chemicals to keep it´s quality for longer storage purposes.

mao jud Manay! mo reklamo na gani ni si banana nga stinky daw akong gi luto nga fish, ako dajun ingnon nga maajo na laman ni kay anang imong ginainom nga fish oil nga mas stinky, sticky pa jud! pastilan!

we are very lucky gajud nga ning tubo sa Pinas nga dili hamugaway kay isda atong ginakaon kanunay, plus tinowa pa jud kay mahal ang mantika para i prito, imagine unsa ka healthy ang tinowang isda?

kani si banana himuan nako ni kada semana ug vegetable broth kay ija therapy para colon cleansing daw! hahahha! ingon ko kaning sabaw mao ni among STAPLE food when we were growing...

haaaay mga kano karon pa na AWARE aning mga broth ug omega!

colon cleaner kining saging sab-a (hilaw boot ipasabot dili hinog), niluto unya maoy panihapon mga 3-4 ka book. Way laing isagol, dayon inum ug tubig. Very rich in fibers maoy makalimpyo sa tina-i. An african friend told me about this.

adunay African banana (cook banana) morag anggid sa atong saging apan hilabihan ka apahon. Kining ka apahon sa saging maoy morag manilhig sa atong tina-i, matod pa nila. Dili na maayo sa adunay almoranas kay makatobol. ha ha ha, shalan nisimang napod ang topic. I hope this would help Inday Bambi.
