thanks, fr chic. triglyceride's okay (aherm), cholesterol is some points higher than normal. was just wondering though; how do we use apple cider to maximize its benefits? say, in the case of acne or fungal infections, is this useful vinegar swallowed, or is it applied topically? when man maayo ang pangagod, kun tunlon ning sukaa o kun ibubo sa pangagod?

incidentally, i just met a friend (actually the banana republic's college chum) who talked of nothing but home remedies for various ailments. apple cider vinegar is a frontrunner.

ms isles,ako banana kay every day jud na sya naga inom ug one tsp apple cider vinegar due to health benefits lagi daw. reading at your post,i didn't expect na daghan man jud diay benefits sa apple cider vinegar.
