An estimated 3,000 participants or more are expected in the 4th Dumaguete Adventure Marathon (DAM) on Sunday, with a number of competitive runners coming from all over the Philippines for the 42k and 21k distances which had also doubled from last year.
The marathon, which is one of the highlights of Dumaguete’s Fiesta and Charter Day celebration this November, is spearheaded by the Foundation University, said Amy Villanueva, FU Advancement Officer, in a news release.
Described as Foundation University’s gift to the gentle people of Dumaguete, the marathon will start and finish at the Dumaguete Business Park beside Robinson's Place shopping mall on Sunday. - PNA
