I used to run that section. Many indigents were featured in the newspaper, and help was really pouring in. Hundreds of thousands of pesos had been donated to the poor.
I don't know if there is a BC staff taking care of that section now. I am now based in Thailand.
Anyhow, I wish to revive Helping Hand here, bringing the cries and agonies of our Boholano brethren to the information superhighway (the Internet).
